Slendrina Must Die is a first-person horror shooter where players explore creepy settings, find keys, and face Slendrina and her family to find out dark secrets. Selena Raina, who goes by Slendrina, is at the centre of the story.

She, her parents, and her child are all cursed by a dark spell that happened a long time ago. Because of this curse, they become ghosts that haunt deep forests and empty buildings and hunt anyone who tries to enter. The player is trapped as a "trespasser", and they have to find enough items to break the curse before Slendrina takes their life.
